Double Bedroom On the third floor of a modern building, in the lively quarter of Monteverde, we offer this spacious and cosy apartment that can comfortably accommodates up to eight people.

It is composed of a beautiful entry, a delightful and luminous living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a balcony, a double bedroom, a room with three single beds, a room with a single bed. Moreover a fully equipped big kitchen and two bathrooms with shower.

The quarter is supplied of every kind of stores, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerie, and the typical market where you will be able to find besides the native produce, ethnic delicatessen of every origin.

Monteverde is a district behind the Gianicolo hill on the left handside of the Tiber river. It became popular thanks to the write Pasolini who chose it for his romance Ragazzi di vita. Being a little far from the center of Rome but well linked by buses, Monteverde neverthelss offers many cultural visits: San Pancrazio catacombs, the Gianicolo hill and Trastevere nearby. Villa Doria Pamphili, the biggest park of Rome, is few minutes away The zone is connected to all part of town with the Tram n.°8, the stop is located only few steps from the house. It will take about 30 minutes to reach the historical city centre.

Public transportations: Service of public train to Termini Station in Rome. Price € 10. A train every 30 minutes.

Termini Station - RAFFAELE APARTMENT

BY CAR: once in TERMINI STATION go straight to reach PIAZZA DELLA REPUBBLICA and drive VIA NAZIONALE to reach PIAZZA VEENZIA. Here take the left and then the right taking VIA DEL TEATRO MARCELLO. After 400 mts turn right and drive along LUNGOTEVERE DEI PIERLEONI for 300 mts and turn left passing the GARIBALDI BRIDGE on the Tiber. Go straight along VIALE DI TRASTEVERE for about 2 Km and turn right in CIRCONVALLAZIONE GIANICOLENSE. After 1 km turn left in VIA EDOARDO JENNER. The flat is at house n° 70.

BY BUS: from Termini take LINE H (DEI CAPASSO) and get off at 12th stop SAN GIOVANNI DI DIO. Walk back CIRCONVALLAZIONE GIANICOLENSE for 200 mts and turn left into VIA LORENZO VIDASCHI. After few meters turn left into VIA RAFFAELE BALESTRA. The flat is at house n° 44.
